Sam Jones

Sam Jones is a leading author in the new genre of "Nostalgia Noir."  His debut book, "The Fever Dream" has been critically well received. Other book and film projects include: "88" and "The Nativity Murders"

For the past several months I've had the pleasure of working on the true story of Lyle Thomas, a Somerville, Massachusetts native who has spent over 30 years of his life serving as a repo man, mercenary, and the first ever American Peshmerga. Lyle's story is not only an adrenaline-pumping thrill ride, but one that reflects the core values in life that all of us can embrace: love, honor, duty, and dedication.

It goes without saying that I am more than excited to announce that his life is now being made into a movie by a fantastic director and a talented crew, and they need everyone's help to get the funds to make it happen.

Please take a look at the GoFundMe page I've helped them set up for "American Peshmerga," check out the kick-ass trailer they've put together and share it around!
